Robert "Bobby" Dean (Jr) Williams

Robert Dean Williams Jr. “Bobby,” 63, of Rutland, Ohio, passed away on February 28, 2026.

He was born on June 12, 1962, in Ohio, the son of the late Robert Dean Williams Sr. and Patricia Williams.

Bobby was a proud resident of Rutland and was known for his strong spirit and love for his family. He especially treasured the time he spent with his children and grandchildren, who were the center of his world. He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association and enjoyed the fellowship and faith-centered camaraderie it provided and he loved Harley Davidson’s.  He loved to hunt, fish and trap.  He loved to spend his time, mud running and riding pulling garden tractors.

He is survived by his daughters, Holley Howard; Hannah (Jess) Roush; and Hailey (Jonathan) Gaus. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Shelby and Casey Howard, Woodson Roush, and Scarlett Gaus, who will forever cherish his memory.

Bobby is also survived by his sister, Brenda DeQuasie; his brother, Scott Williams; the mother of his children, Teresa Jarrell; as well as various aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dean Williams Sr., and his mother, Patricia Williams.

Bobby will be remembered for his love of family, his faith, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 4- 6:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.  A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm.
