   Debra Kay Folmer, 38 of Pomeroy, passed away on March 3, 2010, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, WV.  She was born on March 30, 1971, in Gallipolis, OH, daughter of Arlene Engle Krautter of Racine, OH and the late Calvin Ray Dowell. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Tyler Wayne Willis.
   She is survived by her: husband, Daniel Ray Folmer, Pomeroy; children, Tiffany (Willy Zahran) Willis, Pomeroy; T.J. Willis, Racine; grandchildren, Brandi and Alexis; mother: Arlene (Darrell) Krautter, Racine; brothers, Brian (Alisha) Gibbs, Parkersburg, WV; Roger (Erica) Dowell, Portland,OH; step-son, Corey Folmer, Rutland; step brother, James (Karen) Gibbs, Middleport; step sister, Stacy Gibbs, Rutland.
  Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M. on Monday, March 8, 2010, at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Larry Lemley officiating. Burial will follow at Rocksprings Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday, March 7, from 4:00-8:00P.M. at the funeral home.
