James Thurman Carsey, passed away at his residence unexpectedly.  He was born on November 10, 1963 in Gallipolis, OH to the late Henry and Betty (McHaffie) Carsey.  Mr. Carsey worked on a farm for most of his life.  

he is survived by his Brother; David and Terri Carsey.
Sister: Ruth and Pee Wee Werry
Nephew; Scott Carsey
Niece; Marrianne and Tom Proffit
and Several Aunts Uncles and various relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents

Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 11:00am at the Rocksprings Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.
